A tastaturport, or keyboard port, is a physical connector on a computer or electronic device used to connect a keyboard. Historically, several types of tastaturports have been common, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. The most prevalent in early personal computers were the DIN and AT connectors. The DIN connector, typically a 5-pin round plug, was widely used for keyboards and other peripherals.
