Talespråkterapi, often translated as speech-language therapy, is a professional discipline focused on the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders. Speech-language pathologists, sometimes referred to as speech therapists, work with individuals of all ages, from infants to the elderly, who experience difficulties in understanding and expressing language, producing speech sounds, or swallowing.
