Spanningsrelais, also known as voltage relays or over/undervoltage relays, are protective devices used in electrical systems to monitor and respond to voltage levels. They are designed to detect when the voltage in a circuit deviates from a predefined acceptable range, either rising too high (overvoltage) or falling too low (undervoltage).

The primary function of a spanningsrelais is to safeguard connected equipment from potential damage caused by voltage fluctuations.
