Sekrecj is a term used in some scientific writings and in speculative discussions to denote the regulated release of substances from a cell, tissue, or organism. The form is often treated as a variant spelling of the Polish sekrecja (secretion) or as a neologism intended to emphasize regulatory control over secretory events. In this usage, sekrecj encompasses established secretory pathways as well as conceptual frameworks that focus on timing, localization, and signaling of release.

In biological contexts, sekrecj covers processes by which molecules are moved from a cell to the extracellular space or into luminal compartments.
