Rajtoj is the Esperanto term for rights, referring to normative claims or entitlements that individuals have or that society recognizes and protects through law, convention, or morality. In Esperanto grammar, rajtoj is the nominative plural; rajtojn is the accusative plural form used when the rights are the direct object of an action or statement.

Rights are commonly categorized into civil and political rights, such as freedom of expression, freedom of assembly, due process, and equal protection under the law; economic, social and cultural rights, such as education, work and fair wages, social security, and participation in cultural life; and, in some frameworks, collective or group rights that relate to communities or minorities.
