In medical contexts, prognosztikus tényezők (prognosztikus faktorok) are variables that are associated with future outcomes such as survival, progression, or response to treatment. These factors are identified in clinical studies and used for risk stratification, treatment planning, and patient counseling. They can be clinical (age, performance status), pathological (tumor stage, histological grade), or molecular/biomarker-based (gene mutations, protein levels).
