Procedurregler (literally "procedural rules") are formal or customary guidelines that govern how deliberative bodies, courts, administrative agencies and meetings conduct their business. They set the framework for initiating proceedings, presenting and debating motions, voting, maintaining order, documenting decisions and enforcing compliance. The rules aim to ensure predictability, fairness, transparency and efficiency in decision-making processes.

Procedurregler appear in many contexts: parliamentary standing orders, court procedural codes, rules of procedure for committees and boards, and internal regulations of non-governmental organizations.
