It usually includes a product roadmap, a brief tech or IP outline, the team, financial projections, and a clear funding request with planned use of funds. Most decks run about 10 to 15 slides, though the exact number varies by audience and stage.

The audience can include angel investors, venture capitalists, accelerators, or strategic partners. Decks are often shared before meetings to frame discussion, and the presenter may supplement with an executive summary or a more detailed appendix for due diligence.
