Platform as a Service (PaaS) offers a platform allowing customers to develop, run, and manage applications without the complexity of building and maintaining the infrastructure typically associated with developing and launching an app. Software as a Service (SaaS) delivers software applications over the Internet, on demand, typically on a subscription basis. Users access the software from a web browser or mobile app.
