Pikaahelaid is a small island in Estonia, located in the Gulf of Riga, to the northwest of the island of Runarie parish in the island of Vormsi. It is situated at a distance of approximately 6 kilometers southwest from the island of Kuivastu.

The island has a total area of 0.072 square kilometers, making it one of the smallest islands in the Gulf of Riga. The terrain is characterized by a low-lying profile with a narrow, crescent-shaped coastline. The highest point on the island reaches an elevation of approximately 4 meters above sea level.
