Paanikahäire is a mental health condition characterized by recurrent, unexpected panic attacks. Panic disorder is treatable. Common treatment approaches include psychotherapy, particularly cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which helps individuals understand and manage their panic attacks. Medications, such as antidepressants and anti-anxiety drugs, may also be prescribed to help manage symptoms. With appropriate treatment, many individuals with panic disorder can significantly reduce the frequency and intensity of their panic attacks and improve their overall quality of life.
