nyúlfélék

Nyúlfélék is the Hungarian name for the family Leporidae, which encompasses rabbits and hares. This family is part of the order Lagomorpha, which also includes the pikas. Leporids are characterized by their long ears, strong hind legs adapted for hopping, and two pairs of incisor teeth in the upper jaw, one behind the other. They are herbivores, feeding primarily on grasses, herbs, and bark.
