Nuuskaa is a Finnish term for smokeless tobacco products used orally. It includes finely ground tobacco that is placed under the upper lip or against the gum, allowing nicotine to be absorbed through the oral mucosa. Nuuskaa is typically sold as moist or dry; moist nuuskaa is flavored and moist, while dry nuuska is finer and may be sold loose or pressed into pouches or cakes.

Historically, nuuskaa has been used in the Nordic region for centuries, with Finland having a long tradition of snuff-like products among workers and sailors.
