NonWiccan is a label used in some modern Pagan and witchcraft communities to describe people who practice witchcraft or related spiritual activities but who do not identify as Wiccan. It is a descriptive term rather than a formal religious category and its meaning can vary among communities and individuals.

Practitioners described as nonWiccan may identify with other Pagan paths, such as eclectic witchcraft, Druidry, Heathenry, Hellenism, or may pursue secular or non-religious approaches to magic and nature. Some combine elements from multiple traditions, while others reject traditional witchcraft systems altogether and develop personalized practices.

Ethical frameworks among nonWiccan practitioners are diverse. Some may follow the Wiccan Rede or the threefold law regardless of identification, while others emphasize harm reduction, personal responsibility, or a custom code. Because the term is self-applied and community-defined, it can carry different connotations and sometimes functions as a boundary marker in online spaces.

Critics argue that the label can reinforce divisions within witchcraft communities, while supporters see it as a useful shorthand for what is otherwise a heterogeneous umbrella of practices. NonWiccan practices are generally described as focused on personal spirituality, nature reverence, and magical technique outside of Wicca's specific doctrines.
