Neutronii is a term used in speculative physics to denote hypothetical bound clusters composed of multiple neutrons, proposed as possible constituents of extremely dense nuclear matter. The word is not established in mainstream particle physics and there is no experimental evidence for stable multi-neutron bound states in vacuum.

The concept arises from attempts to understand neutron-rich matter in environments such as neutron stars and in high-density heavy-ion collisions. In principle, the strong nuclear force can mediate correlations among neutrons, and medium effects in dense matter could stabilize multi-neutron configurations that are not bound in free space, sometimes described as dineutron or trinucleon clusters within a surrounding medium. "Neutronii" is a generic label for such hypothesized clusters, with the exact number of constituent neutrons varying in proposed models.

Properties and behavior: a neutronii would be electrically neutral, with baryon number equal to the total number of neutrons; its mass would be approximately N times the neutron mass minus a small binding energy. Its size would be set by the range of the strong force and the density of the surrounding matter. Interactions would be dominated by short-range nuclear forces; decay channels would depend on ambient conditions, and stability would be context-dependent.

Potential relevance: if produced or stabilized in astrophysical settings, neutronii could affect the equation of state of dense matter, neutron-star crust structure, and transport properties. Experimental or observational verification remains an open challenge.
