Mózgóátlag, often translated as moving average or rolling average, is a technical analysis tool used to smooth out price data by creating a constantly updated average price. It is calculated by summing up a specific number of past data points (prices) and dividing by that same number. As new data points become available, the oldest data point is dropped from the calculation, and the new one is added, causing the average to "move" or "roll."

There are several common types of mózgóátlag, including simple moving average (SMA) and exponential moving average (EMA). SMA gives equal weight to all data points within the chosen period.
