Meeleoluhäired is a proposed endangered language from the Northern islands of Estonia. The language belongs to the Uralic language family and is spoken by a small number of people, primarily in the islands of Hiiumaa and Runav digit in the Baltic Sea.

Meeleoluhäired has distinct dialects, with some speakers claiming to understand each other while others have difficulties communicating. Efforts to document and preserve the language have been made by local linguists and cultural organizations, but many of the dialects and vocabulary are considered to be at risk of being lost due to the language's endangered status.

Language contact and the influence of surrounding languages such as Estonian and Finnish have also been factors affecting the linguistic development of Meeleoluhäired.
