Matsikkerhetslovene is the collective term for the legal framework that regulates food safety in Norway. The cornerstone of this legislation is the Food, Feed and Food Supplements Act (Matsikkerhetsloven), which was first enacted in 2002 and has been amended several times, most recently in 2018.
