LáncMonte is a mountain chain located in the eastern frontier region of Valoria, a land described in regional encyclopedias as a culturally diverse and geologically complex area. The chain runs roughly 180 kilometers north-south, with summits ranging from 1,000 to 2,300 meters. The peaks are predominantly metamorphic in composition, with scattered granite intrusions, and limestone outcrops in the southern sections. The topography includes glacially sculpted cirques, narrow passes, and steep escarpments that create distinct microclimates on the windward and leeward sides.

Conservation and culture: large portions are protected as the LáncMonte Reserve, established in 1986, to preserve rare habitats, protect watersheds, and support traditional land-use practices.
