Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) is a private research university located in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Founded in 1984 by entrepreneur Syed Babar Ali and a group of philanthropists, LUMS was established to advance management education and research and to foster interdisciplinary scholarship.
