Logistikled is a job function in some logistics and supply chain organizations. The term, used primarily in Nordic business contexts, refers to the person or role responsible for leading and coordinating logistics activities across warehousing, transportation, and distribution.

Core responsibilities include designing and maintaining an efficient logistics network, planning transportation and inventory, overseeing warehousing, implementing process improvements and lean initiatives, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams.

The role often acts as a bridge between procurement, production planning, and customer service, aligning operations with corporate strategy and customer requirements. It may involve selecting and managing external partners, such as carriers and warehousing providers, and leveraging digital tools like ERP, TMS, and WMS to monitor performance and drive optimization.

Variations exist by organization; it is not a universally standardized title. In some firms the function is equivalent to logistics manager, supply chain lead, or operations manager, while in others it is a senior role reporting to a supply chain director or operations director.
