Liitiumiolligandite is a rare manganese silicate mineral of the tourmaline group. It was discovered in 2000 in the presence of electrolyte in Li-ion batteries, where it forms through the response of electrolytic manganese dioxide to excess lithium ion during charging. It has a chemical composition of approximately [Li2O.MnO2] (IV).

Due to the nature of its formation, liitiumiolligandite is generally associated with high-voltage lithium-ion battery materials, specifically with high-charge-density lithium-ion battery anodes. It often occurs as a product of prolonged charging of such lithium-ion battery anodes, often resulting from high overcharging conditions.
