NMT uses deep learning models, particularly recurrent neural networks and transformers, to process entire sentences as a whole, capturing more complex relationships between words and producing more fluent and natural-sounding translations.

Kääntökoneet are widely used in various applications, including online translation services, localization of software and websites, and cross-lingual communication tools. Despite their advancements, challenges remain, such as accurately translating idioms, nuances, and highly technical jargon.
