Kriimude is a ceremonial practice in the fictional world of Thalria, described as a structured exchange of knowledge, skills, and resources among members of inter-island guilds and communities. The term functions as both a verb and a noun in local speech, referring to the event itself and to the acts of sharing that define it.

Scholars note that the word kriimude appears in oldest Thalrian manuscripts without a firm translation. Some linguists link krii- to memory or recitation, while -mude is associated with sharing or giving; the overall sense is of communal redistribution of learning rather than private expertise.

Kriimude gatherings take place at regular seasonal shifts. Participants travel with instruments, crafts, recipes, and tales. A typical kriimude sequence includes public performances, craft demonstrations, and storytelling, followed by the exchange of learned items—recipes, patterns, and techniques—often sealed with a ritual oath of continued reciprocity.
