Korróziókezelés refers to the methods and techniques used to prevent or reduce the degradation of materials, most commonly metals, due to chemical or electrochemical reactions with their environment. This process, known as corrosion, can significantly weaken structures and components, leading to premature failure and increased maintenance costs.

There are several approaches to korróziókezelés. Protective coatings are a widely used method.
