KaapeliTVn is a Finnish term used to refer to cable television networks and the services they deliver. It denotes the practice of distributing television content over coaxial and, increasingly, hybrid fiber-coax networks managed by local and regional operators. Unlike satellite and terrestrial systems, kaapeliTVn typically delivers a bundle of channels and value-added services through a shared physical network, often combined with broadband internet.

Technically, the system relies on coaxial or fiber-fed networks using digital DVB-C for television and DOCSIS-based technology for data. Modern deployments support high-definition channels, on-demand video, electronic program guides, and network-based DVR functionality. Some operators also offer IPTV-style delivery over the same network.

In Finland, kaapeliTVn originated in municipal and regional cable networks in the late 20th century and expanded during the 1990s and 2000s.
