Jazolanish is a constructed language (conlang) created for linguistic experimentation and fictional world-building. Its phonology centers on five vowels and around twenty consonants, with no contrastive tone. The syllable structure is typically CV or CVC, and primary stress falls on the penultimate syllable. The Latin alphabet is commonly used, though alternative scripts exist in fan-made resources.

Jazolanish typically uses suffixal morphology for key categories. The basic word order is SVO, but flexible due to rich noun-case marking. Nouns bear nominative and accusative markers; prepositions are rare. Verbs show aspect and mood with suffixes, while tense is largely expressed through aspect. An evidential system marks information as witnessed, inferred, or hearsay. Pronouns include inclusive/exclusive distinctions, and clitics express politeness or focus.

Lexicon is deliberately compact, with roots built from a small inventory and a preference for transparent derivational patterns. Jazolanish appears in practice texts, puzzle dictionaries, and short fiction within online communities.
