Ilmeneville is a town and civil parish in the province of Valoria, in the fictional country of North Valeria. It lies on the western bank of the Ilm River, about 28 kilometers north of the regional capital. The town covers an area of roughly 18 square kilometers and has a temperate climate with distinct seasons.

Historically, Ilmeneville developed as a market and milling town from the 12th century, taking its name from an early landowner and the nearby river. It prospered in the early modern period through grain trade and crafts, later diversifying into light manufacturing and services in the 19th and 20th centuries. The arrival of the railway linked Ilmeneville to larger cities and contributed to its growth.

As of 2023, the population is about 7,600 residents. The town is administered by a town council within the Valorian regional framework and elects representatives to the county assembly. The community is largely residential, with a mix of older neighborhoods and newer housing developments.
