Huljade is a fictional village in the northern coastal region of Nordmur in the world of Asterra. It lies at the mouth of the River Vahl along the Selun Sea and is characterized by a stone harbor and a functioning lighthouse. Etymology: The name Huljade is derived from elements in the old Nord language, combining hul meaning 'hill' and jade meaning 'harbor', a reference to the village’s elevated shore and its port function.

History: Huljade was established around 1085 by settlers from Keldar. It developed as a fishing port and trading point, fortified in the late medieval period. The harbor was rebuilt after a 1349 flood, and the village gradually integrated into the Nordmur coastline trade network through the early modern era.
