Haridustegevus is a broad term used in Estonian discourse to describe activities aimed at education and skill development. It encompasses formal education delivered by schools, universities, and vocational training institutions; non-formal education such as short courses, professional training, and adult education programs; and informal learning that occurs outside structured programs. The term covers the entire educational process: setting objectives, designing curricula and instructional practices, delivering learning experiences, assessing progress, and ensuring quality and accountability.
