grzybobranie
Grzybobranie, or mushroom picking, is a traditional activity in Poland in which people search forests for wild mushrooms to cook, preserve, or sell. It is especially popular in autumn, after seasonal rains, as families and friends head to woodlands for recreational foraging, often turning the outing into a social event with a meal or picnic.
Common edible species include prawdziwek (Boletus edulis), kurki (Cantharellus cibarius), and various maślaki (Suillus species). Mushrooms
