Geographydemographics is an interdisciplinary field that studies the spatial distribution of population characteristics and how they cluster and shift across regions and over time. It blends concepts from geography and demography with GIS and related technologies to map and analyze patterns in variables such as population density, age structure, sex ratios, ethnicity, income, education, fertility, mortality, migration, and health indicators.
