gcModul
gcModul is a software package used for the analysis of gene expression data with the aim of identifying and interpreting gene co-expression modules. It accepts quantitative expression measurements across multiple samples and, optionally, sample metadata, to explore patterns of coordinated gene activity. The core workflow involves constructing a gene co-expression network by measuring similarities between gene expression profiles and applying clustering or network-based methods to detect modules, which are groups of genes with correlated expression across the dataset.
