This can be achieved through processes like glycol dehydration or molecular sieves. Additionally, maintaining pipeline temperatures above the freezing point of potential contaminants is crucial. In some cases, inhibitors or anti-freeze agents may be injected into the gas stream to lower the freezing point of water or prevent the formation of solid hydrates. Monitoring pipeline conditions and employing pigging operations can also help to detect and remove early stages of barrier formation.
