Fenekek is the Hungarian plural for fenék, referring to the buttocks or buttock region in humans and some animals. The term covers the paired, fleshy prominences on the posterior pelvis and their surrounding tissues.

Anatomy and composition: the buttocks consist of skin, subcutaneous fat, and three gluteal muscles—the gluteus maximus, gluteus medius, and gluteus minimus. The maximus forms most of the visible contour and is a powerful hip extensor, while the medius and minimus lie deeper and assist in thigh abduction and medial rotation and in stabilizing the pelvis during walking. The region contains nerves and blood vessels, notably the superior and inferior gluteal nerves and arteries that supply the gluteal muscles.
