Some of the most well-known cancersyndroms include Li-Fraumeni syndrome, which is associated with a high risk of breast, brain, leukemia, and other cancers; Cowden syndrome, characterized by an increased risk of breast, thyroid, and other cancers; and Peutz-Jeghers syndrome, which is linked to an elevated risk of gastrointestinal, breast, and other cancers.
