The bronchodilatör is a category of medications that act to relax the smooth muscle tissue around the airways, thereby increasing airflow and improving respiratory function.

These medications are most commonly used in the management of reversible obstructive airway diseases, such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). By inhibiting the constrictive effects of smooth muscle, bronchodilatör medications facilitate easier breathing and reduce symptoms associated with airway constriction, such as wheezing and coughing.

Although generally safe, these drugs may cause serious side effects in a minority of cases. When used long-term, these drugs can prepare long-term validity. Combination with other respiratory system adjuncts within the drug therapy can be efficient, which helps in realizing popular accuracy.
