asiaa, officially the Academia Sinica Institute of Astronomy and Astrophysics (ASIAA), is a research institute under Academia Sinica, the national academy of sciences of Taiwan. Based in Taipei, ASIAA conducts fundamental research in astronomy and astrophysics and serves as a national hub for space-science activities in Taiwan.

ASIAA's research spans star formation and the interstellar medium, the structure and evolution of galaxies, cosmology and high-energy phenomena, planetary science, and instrumentation and observational methods.
