antiLy6C
antiLy6C is an antibody reagent that recognizes Ly6C, a glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored surface antigen in the Ly6 family predominantly studied in mice. Ly6C is expressed on subsets of monocytes, some T lymphocytes and neutrophils, and is commonly used to distinguish circulating monocyte subsets (Ly6C-high inflammatory versus Ly6C-low patrolling monocytes).
antiLy6C reagents are available as monoclonal antibodies in a variety of formats and conjugates for applications
Performance and specificity can depend on the antibody clone, isotype, and conjugate; several established clones are
