Androgènestéroïde refers to a class of steroid hormones that are predominantly associated with the development and maintenance of male reproductive tissues and secondary sexual characteristics. These hormones are primarily produced in the testes of males, but also in smaller amounts in the ovaries of females and the adrenal glands of both sexes.
