Yosprala
Yosprala is a prescription medication containing aspirin and omeprazole. It is a combination drug used to reduce the risk of stomach ulcers in patients who are taking aspirin regularly, particularly those at risk for aspirin-induced ulcers due to age or a history of ulcers. Aspirin is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that can irritate the stomach lining and lead to ulcers. Omeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces the amount of acid produced in the stomach, thereby protecting the stomach lining from ulcer formation.
The typical dosage of Yosprala is one tablet taken once daily. It is important to take Yosprala
