Yfirborðsskilu

Yfirborðsskilu, often translated as surface reflectivity or albedo, is a scientific term used to describe the proportion of incident solar radiation that is reflected by a surface back into the atmosphere. It is a dimensionless quantity that ranges from 0 to 1, where 0 represents a perfectly absorbing surface and 1 represents a perfectly reflecting surface.
