Xanthomixis
Xanthomixis is a genus of birds in the family Zosteropidae, commonly known as white-eyes. The genus was formerly considered to be monotypic, containing only Xanthomixis flaviventer. However, recent phylogenetic studies have led to the reclassification of several species previously placed in Zosterops into Xanthomixis. As a result, the genus now encompasses several distinct species found in the Indo-Malayan region.
