XCT

In software development, XCT most commonly denotes Apple’s XCTest framework for unit and UI testing of Swift and Objective-C code. Micro- and nano-CT variants offer high spatial resolution and are widely used in materials science, biology, and medicine for qualitative and quantitative analysis of internal structures, porosity, and density.
