Wijdefjorden
Wijdefjorden is a large fjord located on the northern coast of Spitsbergen, the largest island of the Svalbard archipelago. It is one of the longest fjords in Svalbard, stretching approximately 108 kilometers inland. The fjord is divided into two main arms: the Vestfjorden and the more easterly Nordfjorden. The entrance to Wijdefjorden is between the Ny-Ålesund area to the west and the Nordenskiöld Land to the east.
