Waylandissa is a coastal city and the administrative center of Wayland Province in the fictional country of Norvale. It lies on the southern shore of Wayland Bay at the mouth of the Way River. The name Waylandissa is believed to derive from the Wayland River and a regional suffix used for settlements.
