Wanderverband

The Wanderverband is a term that can refer to several different organizations or concepts related to hiking and walking, primarily in German-speaking countries. The most prominent is the Deutscher Wanderverband (DWV), the German Hiking Association. Founded in 1898, the DWV is the largest and oldest hiking association in Germany and is a member of the European Ramblers' Association.
