Värisokkien
Värisokkien refers to multicolored knitted socks in Finnish textile tradition. The term is used to describe socks featuring bright color patterns—often stripes, checks, or geometric motifs—produced with wool or wool blends. Historically, värisokkien were handmade by rural families and served as practical garments and a canvas for regional dye techniques.
