VideoSoft was a software company founded in 1991 by David L. Graham. The company specialized in developing and distributing video editing and multimedia software for personal computers. Their flagship product was the VideoStudio series, which offered a range of features for consumers and professionals alike to create and edit video content. VideoStudio was known for its user-friendly interface, making video editing more accessible to a wider audience.

Over the years, VideoSoft released several versions of its software, incorporating advancements in video technology and user feedback.
