Physical properties: In the fictional description vesinikkloori crystallizes as transparent to translucent prismatic or tabular crystals with a vitreous luster. The composition is commonly stated as a hydrated nickel chloride, such as NiCl2·6H2O, though alternate hydrated forms are reported.
